Tea Time with Miyo

Welcome to my little corner of the internet—where heart talks, soul giggles, and curious minds gather. I started this blog to share snippets of my life: the magical, the messy, the mundane, and everything in between.

Think of this space as a cozy chat over tea, where we can daydream, dive deep, and laugh about the wild ride of being human.

So grab a comfy seat, bring your whole self, and let’s journey together—one beautiful, weird, wonderful moment at a time.

The philosophy behind this crystal alchemy, Abundance Guardian, is to not just attract abundance but to also have grounding while receiving it, wisdom to manage it, protection to preserve it and courage to grow it.

Created with Brown Tiger Eye, Green Tiger Eye, Black Tourmaline, Golden Rutilated Quartz and Honey Citrine, this crystal alchemy brings together stones traditionally associated with grounding, courage, protection, prosperity, clarity, confidence and growth.

It isn’t intended to be a magical shortcut to wealth. Instead, think of it as an energetic companion and physical reminder of the qualities you want to cultivate in your relationship with abundance. The work isn’t simply learning how to receive more but also learning how to hold what you’ve received. At its heart, Abundance Guardian carries four key themes: Grounding. Protection. Prosperity. Growth.

The combination is designed to support an abundant mindset while keeping you connected to practical action, discernment and personal responsibility. In crystal traditions, the stones in this combination are often selected for their grounding, stabilizing and vitality-associated qualities.

The Tiger Eyes and Black Tourmaline bring a strong earthy presence, while Honey Citrine and Golden Rutilated Quartz introduce a warmer, uplifting and expansive quality. As a physical object, wearing the bracelet can also serve as a somatic anchor, a tangible reminder to pause, breathe and reconnect with yourself during a busy day.

Rather than viewing crystals as substitutes for medical treatment, you can think of them as tools for mindfulness, ritual and intentional living. By simply touching the bracelet, it can remind you to come back to yourself. Breathe. Ground. Choose consciously.

Abundance is deeply connected to how we think and feel about receiving, worth, opportunity and security. Abundance Guardian can be used as a reminder to cultivate the following:
* Confidence without impulsiveness
* Courage to pursue meaningful opportunities
* Discernment when making decisions
* A healthier relationship with receiving
* Resilience when things don’t go according to plan
* Trust in your ability to create and manage resources
* Gratitude for the abundance that already exists

It can be particularly meaningful when working with scarcity thinking.

Scarcity says: “There won’t be enough.”
Abundance says: “I can recognize opportunities, make wise choices and participate in creating more.”

The goal is to approach challenges from a place of resourcefulness rather than scarcity and fear.

The magic of a crystal alchemy isn’t necessarily in one stone doing one particular thing. It is in the conversation between the stones. Abundance Guardian brings together two complementary currents:

The Guardian - Brown Tiger Eye • Green Tiger Eye • Black Tourmaline
These stones create the grounded, courageous and protective foundation of the bracelet.

The Abundance - Golden Rutilated Quartz • Honey Citrine
These bring the qualities of expansion, prosperity, confidence, illumination and amplified intention.

Together, they create a simple energetic sequence: GROUND → PROTECT → RECEIVE → AMPLIFY → GROW

To make it easier to understand, let’s look at each stone.

Brown Tiger Eye — Grounded Courage
Brown Tiger Eye carries the earthy, steady quality of Tiger Eye. It is traditionally associated with courage, confidence, grounding and practical discernment. For abundance work, this is important. Opportunities don’t always require us to move faster. Sometimes they require us to stop, observe and decide wisely. Brown Tiger Eye represents the ability to stay grounded while moving toward what you want.

Green Tiger Eye — Growth & Opportunity
Green Tiger Eye brings a beautiful growth-oriented quality to the combination. It is often associated with renewal, balance, confidence and personal growth. Placed alongside Brown Tiger Eye, it creates an interesting balance - Brown Tiger Eye grounds the journey while Green Tiger Eye encourages growth. This makes it especially fitting for anyone entering a new chapter, building something from the ground up or learning to trust their ability to evolve.

Black Tourmaline — The Guardian
This is where the name Abundance Guardian really comes alive. Black Tourmaline is one of the most widely used grounding and protective stones in modern crystal practice. Its role in this alchemy is not simply about “blocking negativity.” It represents boundaries. And boundaries are an important part of abundance. Protecting your abundance can mean protecting your money, time, energy, attention, creative ideas and peace.

Abundance is about knowing what to welcome and knowing what not to entertain.

Golden Rutilated Quartz — Amplified Intention
Golden Rutilated Quartz adds a luminous and dynamic quality to the bracelet. The golden rutile needles naturally evoke imagery of light, movement, direction and amplification. In crystal traditions, Rutilated Quartz is often associated with amplification, energetic movement and clarity of intention. Within Abundance Guardian, it acts symbolically as the amplifier. You set the intention. The crystal becomes the reminder. Your actions give that intention form.

Honey Citrine — Prosperity & Personal Power
Honey Citrine brings warmth, optimism and classic abundance symbolism to the combination. Citrine is traditionally associated with prosperity, confidence, creativity, joy and personal power. The honey tone adds a wonderfully earthy quality to the golden palette. Rather than representing abundance as something flashy or excessive, Honey Citrine feels more like warm, cultivated prosperity.

How to Work With Abundance Guardian

The simplest way to work with the bracelet is to wear it. When you put it on, take a moment to connect with your intention. Rather than automatically thinking, “Bring me money,” try “Help me recognize opportunities, make wise choices and remain grounded as I grow.” The bracelet then becomes a daily energetic cue.

Abundance Guardian can be particularly meaningful during:
* Business planning
* Financial planning
* Negotiations
* Creative work
* Goal setting
* Important decisions
* Starting a new project
* Building a new income stream

Use it as a reminder to combine intuition with practical action. Crystal work doesn’t replace strategy. It can help you become more intentional about the mindset you bring into the strategy.

When you’re not wearing it, place it on your desk, business altar, journal or planning space. It can represent the energy you want to bring into your work: Clarity. Courage. Protection. Prosperity. Growth.

Use it during meditation or journaling. Hold the bracelet while reflecting on your relationship with abundance.

Journal Prompts:

Where am I already abundant?
What does prosperity actually mean to me?
What am I afraid might happen if I have more?
Where do I need stronger boundaries?
What opportunities am I currently overlooking?
What am I ready to build and sustain?
These questions can sometimes reveal more than simply repeating abundance affirmations.

Abundance Guardian Ritual

Hold the bracelet in your hands.
Take three slow breaths.
With the first breath, acknowledge what is already present in your life.
With the second, open yourself to new possibilities.
With the third, connect with your ability to make wise choices and take grounded action.
Then put the bracelet on.
Ask yourself: “What is one practical thing I can do today to support the abundance I am calling in?”
Do that one thing.

Intention opens the door. Action walks through it.

Abundance Guardian Intention

Use this intention whenever you wear or work with the bracelet: “I am grounded in what I have, open to what is possible, protected in what I value, and empowered to grow my abundance with wisdom and purpose.” Let Abundance Guardian remind you that abundance isn’t always about having more. Know that abundance is having the clarity to recognize what is already here, the courage to create more, and the wisdom to protect what truly matters.

Three years ago, I shared a post about something that may have sounded a little unconventional at the time: Orgasmic Manifestation.

The idea was simple but powerful. Sexual energy is one of the most potent forms of creative energy available to us, and the heightened state experienced during orgasm can create an incredibly focused moment in which the body, mind, emotions and energetic field come together.

However, there is a deeper layer to this practice that I didn't explore in that original post.

Orgasmic manifestation isn't simply about thinking of what you want while experiencing pleasure. It is about learning how to consciously work with the state of heightened presence, emotional intensity and surrender that accompanies orgasm, and using that moment as an opportunity to connect with an intention.

At its heart, manifestation is not simply about asking the Universe for something. It is about creating alignment between what you consciously desire and what you are able to emotionally and energetically receive. This is where sexual energy becomes particularly interesting.

Why can orgasm become a powerful manifestation state?

Throughout many spiritual and esoteric traditions, sexual energy has been associated with life force, vitality and creation. After all, the same energy that creates life is also the energy we experience as desire, pleasure, passion and creativity. From an energetic perspective, the sacral center is closely associated with creativity, sensuality, pleasure and the ability to experience flow. The crown, on the other hand, is traditionally associated with consciousness, connection and our relationship with something greater than ourselves.

Orgasm creates an unusual moment where the body becomes intensely activated while the thinking mind can temporarily become quieter. We become absorbed in sensation. We stop analyzing. We stop planning. We stop trying to control every moment. We simply experience and that state of presence is important.

The greatest obstacle to manifestation isn't that we don't know what we want but because we are constantly thinking about why we don't have it yet. We are more often contradicting with the natural frequency alignment of what we truly want to manifest.

Think about this:
We want abundance, but we are thinking about scarcity.
We want love, but we are thinking about rejection.
We want freedom, but we are thinking about everything that could go wrong.
We want change, but we are still emotionally attached to the familiar.

The heightened state surrounding orgasm can provide a temporary doorway out of that mental loop. It gives us an opportunity to experience our desire differently—not as something we are desperately trying to obtain, but as something we can allow ourselves to feel.

There is a big difference between wanting and embodying. This is the most important part of the practice. There is a difference between saying, "I want abundance," and actually allowing yourself to experience the feeling of being abundant. There is also difference between thinking, "I want to be loved," and allowing your body to experience the feeling of being safe, cherished and supported. There is a difference between visualizing your dream life and allowing yourself to emotionally inhabit the possibility that such a life could actually exist for you.

This is why I don't recommend turning orgasmic manifestation into a mental exercise where you are desperately repeating affirmations throughout the experience. Instead, choose an intention beforehand. Keep it simple.

Whether you are calling in a new opportunity, creating a business or desiring deeper love, financial expansion, creative expression or a greater sense of freedom, ask yourself... "If this were already becoming my reality, how would I feel?"

Allow yourself to connect with that feeling. The intention becomes less about the words and more about the emotional experience behind them.

Visualization becomes more powerful when you give it feeling. Visualization is often taught as though we simply need to picture the thing we want. The mind doesn't experience an image in isolation. Our memories, emotions, sensations and imagination are all intertwined. So rather than creating an elaborate mental movie, create a simple moment.

If you are manifesting a home, imagine yourself standing inside it and feeling the sense of finally being home.
If you are manifesting business expansion, imagine receiving the message that confirms the opportunity and notice what happens in your body when you realize that it has arrived.
If you are manifesting love, don't focus only on what the person looks like. Feel the emotional experience of being deeply seen, respected, safe and loved.

The most important question when manifesting is, "What does it feel like to live this reality?"

That is the experience you want to connect with. After you do, your move on to the most important part: SURRENDER.

The tendency of most people trying to manifest is to hold on very tightly. The pattern becomes like this:
We visualize.
We affirm.
We journal.
We ask for signs.
We check whether it is happening.
We wonder why it hasn't happened yet.

Before we know it, our energetic message becomes less "I am open to receiving" and more "Where is it? Where is it? Where is it?"

Orgasm offers a beautiful lesson in surrender because there comes a point where thinking and controlling become secondary to simply experiencing. This is where I like to bring the intention back one final time. You just allow things. You open yourself to receiving, trust what is unfolding, allow yourself to experience the reality being created and let go.

There is no need to mentally hold onto the desire after the experience. You don't need to immediately search for signs, detach from the outcomes. Stop wondering whether you "did it correctly." Manifestation, in this context, becomes an exercise in learning how to desire without desperation and surrender without giving up on your intention.

There is also something I would add to my original post today. Energetic practice is not a substitute for action. If you are calling in a business opportunity, you still need to create the offer, speak to people and put your work into the world. If you are calling in financial abundance, you still need to make decisions that support your financial reality. If you are calling in love, you still need to allow yourself to be available for connection. If you are calling in a new chapter, you may eventually have to close the door on the old one.

Manifestation isn't about sitting back and waiting for the Universe to do everything for us. The manifestation arrives as an idea, an introduction or an uncomfortable realization that something needs to change. Once we become aware, it becomes an opportunity that requires us to be brave enough to say yes. The energetic practice prepares us to recognize and receive the opening but we still have to walk through it.

If you want to explore this practice, you can make it as elaborate or as simple as you like. Beforehand, create an environment where you feel relaxed, present and undistracted. You may choose to dim the lights, play music, meditate beforehand or incorporate scent into your ritual.

Certain essential oils can complement the atmosphere beautifully. Ylang Ylang is traditionally associated with sensuality and relaxation, while Nutmeg and Cypress can bring warmth, grounding and depth to the experience. If using essential oils on the skin, always dilute them appropriately and follow essential-oil safety guidelines.

Most importantly, don't make the ritual about achieving a particular outcome. The intention is not to perform manifestation correctly. It is to become present enough to experience yourself as a creative being.

1. Choose your intention.
2. Connect with the feeling behind it.
3. Allow yourself to experience that feeling.
4. Let the experience reach its natural peak.
5. And then surrender.

Afterward, stay still for a few moments. Breathe. Feel your body. Let yourself experience gratitude without immediately reaching for your phone or returning to the noise of everyday life. Place your hand over your heart and simply say: "I am open. I am receptive. I trust the unfolding." Then release it. Go live your life. Don't underestimate the wisdom contained in pleasure.

We often tend to disconnect spirituality from the body, as though consciousness belongs only in meditation, prayer or ritual but the body is part of our spiritual experience too. Pleasure can teach us presence. Desire can teach us what matters. Surrender can teach us trust. Creative energy can remind us that we are not merely observers of our lives. We are participants in their creation.

The deeper lesson of orgasmic manifestation isn't really about using sex to get what you want. It is about learning how to bring intention, pleasure, presence, emotion, embodiment and surrender into the same moment—and then trusting yourself enough to participate in what unfolds.

Moonstone has been treasured for thousands of years, admired not only for its captivating glow but also for its symbolism of cycles, renewal, and inner wisdom. Across many cultures, it has been associated with the moon, feminine energy, and the ever-changing rhythms of life. It is known to be a stone of inner wisdom and emotional flow.

A Multicolored Moonstone beautifully embodies this symbolism. Rather than expressing a single energetic quality, each color appears to highlight a different aspect of our human experience, reminding us that growth is rarely one-dimensional.

Whether you view crystals as energetic tools or meaningful reminders, Multicolored Moonstone encourages us to move through life’s seasons with greater awareness and grace.

Understanding Moonstone

Moonstone belongs to the feldspar family of minerals and is known for its enchanting optical effect called adularescence—a soft, floating glow that seems to move beneath the surface of the stone as light shifts.

This luminous quality has long inspired associations with intuition, mystery, and the unseen aspects of ourselves. Among crystal practitioners, Moonstone is often regarded as a stone of new beginnings, emotional wisdom, and trusting life’s natural unfolding. Rather than forcing outcomes, Moonstone invites us to respond with patience, receptivity, and quiet confidence.

Traditional Crystal Associations

Physical Well-being

While crystals should never replace professional medical care, Moonstone is traditionally associated with supporting:
* Relaxation during times of emotional stress
* Restful sleep and healthy nighttime rituals
* Gentle awareness of the body’s natural rhythms
* A sense of calm during periods of transition

Many people enjoy using Moonstone during meditation, breathwork, or evening reflection to create a peaceful atmosphere.

Mental & Emotional Support

Moonstone is especially cherished for its connection to emotional awareness.

It is traditionally associated with:
* Emotional balance
* Greater self-awareness
* Compassion toward oneself and others
* Patience during uncertainty
* Creativity and inspiration
* Trusting one’s inner guidance

Rather than suppressing emotions, Moonstone reminds us that every feeling carries information. When we allow ourselves to experience emotions without judgment, they often become teachers instead of obstacles.

Energetic Symbolism

Within many crystal traditions, Moonstone is associated with:
* Intuition and inner knowing
* New beginnings
* Divine feminine energy
* Emotional healing
* Crown and Third Eye Chakra activation
* Heart-centered awareness
* Moving gracefully through life’s cycles

Many practitioners enjoy working with Moonstone during new moons, full moons, journaling sessions, or intention-setting rituals.

Practical Ways to Use It

Multicolored Moonstone lends itself beautifully to everyday mindfulness.

You might choose to:
* Wear it as a necklace close to the heart to remind yourself to respond rather than react.
* Wear it as a bracelet to encourage emotional awareness throughout the day.
* Hold it during meditation while reflecting on personal growth.
* Keep it beside your bed to support an evening ritual of gratitude, journaling, or quiet contemplation.
* Place it on your altar during New Moon and Full Moon intention-setting practices.
* Carry it during times of transition, such as starting a new job, moving homes, beginning a relationship, or entering a new season of life.
* Use it during creative work when you wish to reconnect with inspiration and imagination.

Rather than expecting the crystal to change your circumstances, allow it to become a gentle reminder that transformation begins with the way we meet each moment.

Who May Feel Drawn to Multicolored Moonstone?

Many people naturally gravitate toward this stone during seasons of change.

It may especially resonate with those who are:
* Beginning a new chapter in life
* Navigating emotional healing
* Developing their intuition
* Learning to trust themselves again
* Exploring meditation or spiritual practices
* Seeking greater emotional resilience and balance

Intention

“May I honor every season of my life with patience and trust. May I welcome change with an open heart, listen to my inner wisdom, and allow each experience to shape me into my most authentic self.”

Affirmation

“I trust the wisdom within me. Like the moon, I honor every phase of my journey, knowing that each one reveals a new light.”

Every year, from July 26 to August 12, many people within spiritual communities celebrate what is known as the Lion’s Gate Portal, with its energetic peak occurring on August 8 (8/8).

The Lion’s Gate has become a symbolic time for reflection, intention setting, and inner transformation. While it is not recognized as a scientific phenomenon, many view it as an invitation to reconnect with their highest self, awaken dormant potential, and consciously align with a more heart-centered way of living.

Whether you see it as a sacred energetic gateway, a meaningful annual ritual, or simply a beautiful opportunity to pause and reflect, the Lion’s Gate reminds us of something important: our greatest transformations begin from within.

Why is it called the Lion’s Gate?

The name carries layers of symbolism.

The lion represents courage, strength, leadership, confidence, and the willingness to live authentically. It also resonates with the zodiac sign of Leo, a sign associated with the heart, creativity, generosity, and self-expression. The number 8 has long been regarded across many traditions as a symbol of infinity, balance, abundance, and empowered manifestation. When August 8 (8/8) arrives, many people choose to use this date as a personal checkpoint—a moment to reflect on what they wish to cultivate and who they are becoming. Rather than focusing solely on attracting external abundance, the Lion’s Gate encourages us to embody the qualities that naturally create an abundant life.

What Makes This Time Meaningful?

Life often moves at an incredible pace. We become busy responding to responsibilities, expectations, and the needs of everyone around us. The Lion’s Gate offers us an invitation to slow down.

It asks us questions such as:
* Am I living in alignment with my deepest values?
* Where am I being invited to lead with greater courage?
* What beliefs am I ready to release?
* What kind of person am I becoming?
* How can I open my heart more fully to receive and to give?

These questions can become powerful catalysts for growth. Instead of striving to force change, we create space for transformation by becoming more present, intentional, and aligned.

The Heart as the True Portal

As a Reiki practitioner and holistic wellness guide, I often remind my students and clients that the most profound portal we can access is our own heart. When the heart is open, we naturally experience greater clarity, compassion, resilience, and trust. From this space, abundance becomes more than financial success. It expands into meaningful relationships, vibrant health, joyful experiences, inner peace, and the freedom to live authentically.

The Lion’s Gate is a beautiful reminder to return to that place within ourselves.

A Simple Lion’s Gate Alignment Practice

Find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed for a few minutes.
Take a slow, deep breath in…
…and gently exhale.
Place one hand over your heart and allow your shoulders to soften.
Close your eyes.
Imagine a radiant golden light gently descending around you. Feel it surrounding your entire body with warmth, peace, and loving support. With every breath, allow this light to fill your heart, your mind, and every cell within you.
When you feel ready, softly repeat:
“I am aligned with abundance. I walk through this portal with trust, joy, and power. My richest reality is already unfolding. I receive with gratitude, and I radiate my highest light.”
Remain here for several breaths.
Allow yourself to experience the feeling behind the words rather than trying to force them.
Before opening your eyes, silently ask yourself:
“What is one courageous step my heart is inviting me to take?”
Trust whatever arises.

Journal Prompts for the Lion’s Gate

If you enjoy journaling, you may wish to explore these reflections:
* What does abundance truly mean to me today?
* What am I ready to release that no longer serves my highest good?
* Where am I being called to trust myself more deeply?
* Which gifts have I been hiding that are ready to be expressed?
* If I fully believed I was supported by life, what would I choose differently?

There are no right or wrong answers. Simply allow your heart to speak.

Crystal & Essential Oil Support

If you enjoy working with crystals and essential oils, you can also incorporate them into your Lion’s Gate practice. Think of these tools as anchors for intention—they don’t create the energy for you, but can help you become more mindful of the qualities you want to cultivate.

Crystals for Lion’s Gate Alignment

Citrine — Abundance & Personal Power
Citrine is often associated with abundance, optimism, confidence, and manifestation. Its warm, solar quality makes it a beautiful companion for Lion’s Gate work, particularly when your intention is to open yourself to prosperity while strengthening your belief in your own capabilities.

Golden Rutilated Quartz — Amplification & Clarity
Golden Rutilated Quartz combines the amplifying qualities traditionally attributed to quartz with the luminous, golden energy associated with rutilated inclusions. It can be used as a meditation companion when you want to amplify an intention, gain clarity around your next steps, or visualize yourself moving toward a new chapter.

Sunstone — Confidence, Joy & Empowerment
Sunstone carries a bright, uplifting symbolism that beautifully complements the courageous and expressive qualities associated with Leo. Work with Sunstone when you want to reconnect with joy, confidence, creativity, and the permission to take up space as your authentic self.

Rose Quartz — Heart Opening & Self-Love
The Lion’s Gate isn’t only about manifestation and personal power. It can also be an invitation to lead from the heart. Rose Quartz brings a softer dimension to the practice, supporting intentions around self-love, compassion, emotional openness, and receiving.

Fire Quartz — Courage & Transformation
Fire Quartz is a beautiful choice when your intention involves courage, motivation, transformation, and releasing energetic stagnation. Its fiery appearance makes it especially symbolic for working with the theme of stepping forward rather than remaining in a familiar place simply because it feels safe.

You don’t need to work with all five. Choose the crystal that resonates with the intention you are currently working with. Sometimes the crystal that catches your eye is already telling you something about where your energy wants to go.

Essential Oils for the Lion’s Gate

Essential oils can also become part of your ritual through aroma, breathwork, meditation, or simply creating an intentional atmosphere.

Ylang Ylang — Heart & Emotional Ease
Ylang Ylang has a beautifully soft, floral aroma that can help create a calming and heart-centered atmosphere. It pairs wonderfully with a practice focused on opening yourself to love, joy, trust, and emotional balance.

Abundance Blend — Receiving & Prosperity
Abundance is proprietary blend from Young Living. It is a natural companion for a Lion’s Gate ritual when your focus is on prosperity and expanding your capacity to receive. Rather than approaching abundance as simply “I want more,” use it as a reminder to notice the abundance that already exists in your life—and to become available to new possibilities.

White Angelica — Protection & Energetic Boundaries
White Angelica, another proprietary blend from Young Living can be incorporated into your ritual when your intention is to feel energetically supported, protected, and grounded while opening yourself to higher possibilities. It can be especially meaningful before meditation or energy work as you establish a clear and intentional energetic space.

Create Your Own Lion’s Gate Ritual

Place your chosen crystal in front of you. Diffuse an essential oil or use it according to the product’s safety directions. Place your hand over your heart, take several slow breaths, and allow yourself to become present.

Then ask:
What am I ready to receive?
What am I ready to release?
What am I ready to courageously step into?

Let your crystal become your physical anchor and your chosen aroma become a sensory reminder of your intention. And remember: the crystal doesn’t do the work for you, and the oil doesn’t create the transformation. You do. These are simply beautiful tools that can help us slow down, focus our awareness, and turn an intention into a conscious experience.

Your intention is the key.
Your heart is the compass.
Your actions are what open the door.

Walking Through the Portal Every Day

Although August 8 is often regarded as the energetic peak, the real magic is not found in a single date. Transformation happens through the small choices we make each day.

Every loving decision…
Every courageous conversation…
Every act of forgiveness…
Every moment we choose gratitude over fear…

These become the true gateways to the life we are creating. The Lion’s Gate simply reminds us to become conscious of those choices. May this season encourage you to lead with courage, receive with gratitude, and trust the unfolding path before you.

Your light has never been missing. It has always been waiting for you to remember it.

With love and blessings,
Cherry

One of the things I love most about crystals is that they invite us to become more intentional. Whether you see them as beautiful gifts from the Earth, meaningful symbols, or energetic companions, they can serve as powerful reminders of the qualities we want to cultivate within ourselves.

Today, let’s explore one of my favorites: Teal Icy Blue Blood Drip Kyanite.

Understanding Kyanite

Kyanite is a silicate mineral known for its long, blade-like crystal formations and striking shades of blue. Unlike many gemstones that are prized primarily for their sparkle, Kyanite captivates through its natural texture and almost ethereal appearance. Among crystal practitioners, Kyanite is often regarded as a stone of alignment. Rather than amplifying energy dramatically, it is traditionally associated with bringing scattered thoughts, emotions, and intentions back into harmony.

Whether or not you subscribe to energetic practices, its symbolism resonates deeply: alignment often creates clarity, and clarity naturally leads to wiser decisions.

Traditional Crystal Associations

Physical Well-being
While crystals should never replace professional medical care, many crystal traditions associate Kyanite with supporting:
* A sense of calm during periods of stress
* Relaxation and restorative rest
* Awareness of healthy breathing and posture
* Gentle encouragement to slow down and reconnect with the body

Many people enjoy holding or wearing Kyanite during meditation, stretching, breathwork, or quiet reflection.

Mental & Emotional Support
This is where Kyanite is best known. It is traditionally associated with:
* Mental clarity
* Honest communication
* Emotional balance
* Reduced mental overwhelm
* Confidence in expressing one’s authentic thoughts
* Letting go of inner conflict

Rather than encouraging louder voices, Kyanite reminds us that the clearest message often comes from a calm and centered mind.

Energetic Symbolism
Within many crystal traditions, Kyanite is associated with:
* Energetic alignment
* Clearing stagnant energy
* Supporting the throat chakra (communication)
* Supporting the third eye chakra (insight)
* Encouraging authenticity over performance
* Helping one’s inner truth feel easier to express

One reason Kyanite has remained popular among experienced practitioners is the long-held belief that it naturally maintains a balanced energetic quality, making it a favorite companion for meditation and spiritual practice.

The Alchemy of Teal Icy Blue Blood Drip Kyanite

Nature rarely creates two identical stones. The beauty of this particular variety lies in the meeting of three distinct visual elements, each offering its own symbolic invitation.

The Icy Blue
The pale, translucent blue evokes spaciousness. It reminds us to pause before reacting, allowing clarity to arise instead of rushing toward certainty. Like still water, wisdom often appears when the mind becomes quiet.

The Teal Tones
Teal bridges the symbolism of the heart and the throat. It represents communication infused with compassion—not simply speaking our truth, but expressing it in ways that create understanding rather than division. This makes the stone a beautiful reminder for teachers, coaches, healers, counselors, leaders, and anyone learning to have honest conversations with kindness.

The “Blood Drip” Inclusions
The rich reddish inclusions—often called Blood Drip because of their appearance—are one of the most captivating aspects of this material. Rather than viewing them as imperfections, many crystal practitioners see them as symbols of grounded vitality. Symbolically, they remind us that spiritual insight is most meaningful when it is lived in everyday life.

The blue invites vision. The red invites action. Together they speak of bringing higher wisdom into practical choices, courageous conversations, and wholehearted living. Instead of escaping reality, this stone encourages us to embody what we know to be true.

Practical Ways to Use It

One of the simplest ways to work with any crystal is to allow it to become a visual reminder of your intention.

You might choose to:
* Wear it as a pendant close to the throat during important conversations or presentations.
* Wear it as a bracelet or ring as a daily reminder to communicate with clarity and compassion.
* Hold it during meditation while focusing on your breath.
* Keep it on your work desk when writing, teaching, coaching, or making thoughtful decisions.
* Place it near your journal before reflective writing.
* Carry it in your pocket on days when you anticipate emotionally charged conversations.
* Include it in a personal altar or sacred space as a symbol of alignment between heart, mind, and voice.

The crystal doesn’t need to “do” something extraordinary. Sometimes its greatest value lies in helping us remember who we are striving to become.

Setting the Intention

“May my thoughts become clear, my heart remain open, and my words reflect both wisdom and compassion. May I have the courage to speak my truth with kindness and to live in alignment with my highest values.”

Affirmation

“I express my truth with clarity, compassion, and quiet confidence. I am aligned in mind, heart, and spirit.”

The Duo Bao Hushen 多宝护神 collection began as an extension of my spiritual and energetic path. But as I held the energy of these pieces, it became clear: they also carry the story of my relationship—the imperfect, evolving, soul-growing partnership I’ve shared with my husband over the past ten years.

The very first set created from this collection is the Hushen Riyue (护神·日月). A pair of crystal alchemy bracelets to bring balance. When worn between partners, it stands as a quiet tribute to love, not as a fantasy, but as a devotion to choosing each other daily. This alchemy can deepen connection between partners.

Hushen Yinzhen 护神隐真 and Hushen Riguang 护神日光: A Sacred Dance of Balance

Each bracelet in this duo is designed to mirror an energetic archetype:
• Hushen Yinzhen 护神隐真, the Hidden Pearl, whispers of softness, trust, intuition, and emotional grace—a nurturing field of inner peace.
• Hushen Riguang 护神日光, the Golden Flame, radiates vitality, confidence, clarity, and grounded presence—a beacon of protective light.

They do not overpower each other.
They do not compete.
They coexist—in resonance and rhythm, just as two people can.

This is the alchemy of long-term love: allowing each other to fully be who we are while continuously tending the connection between us. That’s what these bracelets carry—not just aesthetic harmony, but energetic integrity.

A Personal Journey, Woven in Intention

My own path as a healer and energy worker has been shaped by many forms of love—self-love, divine love, familial love—but none have taught me more than the love I’ve shared with my husband.

Ours is not a perfect relationship, and that’s what makes it sacred.

We are different, we challenge each other, we’ve both had to grow.
But the one thing that’s never wavered is our choice to stay.
To understand.
To forgive.
To believe in what we’re creating, even when it’s hard.

These bracelets carry that spirit. They are not charms of fantasy—they are anchors for commitment and invitations to deeper connection.

Wearing the Duo Between Couples

When Riyue is worn as a pair—Yinzhen for one, Riguang for the other—they create an energetic bridge. They offer:
• Individual grounding in your unique essence (feminine, masculine, or however you identify)
• Energetic protection that holds your personal boundaries
• A shared current of harmony—like a subtle conversation between your energy fields
• Abundance support, as the alchemy also opens channels of joy, gratitude, and trust (which are natural portals for receiving)

Each piece is charged with Reiki, elemental forces, and angelic guardianship. I also infuse them with the wearer’s birthdate and a heart-held intention—so they resonate only with you. This makes each set bespoke and one-of-a-kind.

To the Lovers Who Choose Each Other Daily

This offering is especially close to my heart because it’s how I honor the love that made me grow.

For those of you walking the path of partnership—not the idealized kind, but the real, beautiful, human kind—this is for you.

For the ones who:
• Continue to choose each other despite the rough edges
• Believe that love can be both mystical and practical
• Know that energy is real, and so is effort

Let these bracelets be quiet guardians of your union.

Let them remind you that your love is sacred—not because it’s flawless, but because it’s chosen, nurtured, and lived.

The Duo Bao Hushen 多宝护神 Collection came to life through my hands, but more truthfully, through my journey. It is the whisper of my experience as a healer, teacher, mother, mystic, and woman devoted to beauty, to energy, to living fully.

These are pieces I chose not just to wear, but to live with, to hold close as part of my sacred space. These bracelets are a reflection of what I’ve walked through, what I’ve gathered in silence, in ceremony, and in love. They hum with memory, intention, and elemental grace.

This collection was born as such: an offering for those who seek not only protection, but presence… not only abundance, but alignment. They are not just made for you. They are made with you in mind.

Why Duo Bao Hushen
护神 "Hushen” means guardian spirit.
多宝 “Duo Bao” means many treasures.

To me, this name carries the sense that your life itself is a sacred treasure, worthy of protection, reverence, and delight. In creating this collection, I envisioned something you could wear every day—something that holds energetic integrity, quiet power, and personal resonance.

The very first set created from this collection is the Hushen Riyue (护神·日月). A pair of crystal alchemy bracelets to bring balance. In the flow between light and shadow, stillness and motion, Hushen Riyue invites you into the dance of yin and yang. That’s the heart of Hushen Riyue, a pair of bracelets from my Duo Bao Hushen collection, created from my own journey of healing and ten years of choosing love through growth and differences.

This pair carries the energy of duality held in harmony. Whether you’re wearing both bracelets for personal alignment, or sharing one with your partner as a symbol of balance in your relationship, this pair is designed to support the dance between opposing forces that actually belong together.

These aren’t matching bracelets. They are complementary — each one holding a distinct energy, created to balance and support the other. Like breath and heartbeat. Like giving and receiving. Like two parts of the same truth.

Hushen Yinzhen (护神·隐真) - The Hidden Pearl

Born from the yin aspect of my path—of learning to hold space, to trust the unseen, to lead through softness. Cool, gentle, and luminous from within — this bracelet carries the presence of still waters and open skies. This bracelet carries the quiet wisdom of surrender, emotional safety, and inner knowing.

Wearing it feels like walking barefoot on morning grass, like being held by the moon. It supports your ability to receive, to rest, to be open and still without fear. Wearing it feels like returning to your center, like remembering something you already knew: that your worth, your love, and your peace were never outside of you.

Its energy is receptive. It doesn’t push. It softens, so that what is truly meant for you can find you more easily.

It supports:
• A deeper connection to your inner voice
• The softening of emotional weight
• The quiet magnetism of natural abundance

Use it for the days you need calm, clarity, and a soft place to land. Yinzhen grounds your energy, quiets the noise, and helps you hear your own inner voice again—protection that feels like peace.

Yinzhen was created for the one who holds a lot — emotions, energies, spaces for others — and needs a sanctuary of her own.

This bracelet grounds and softens. It clears emotional clutter without numbing your sensitivity. It creates space for you to hear your own intuition again. When you wear it, it’s like exhaling after holding your breath all day — a gentle return to your own inner rhythm.

Its alchemy brings emotional safety, energetic clarity, heart-centered presence, and a deep reminder that quiet is powerful. It’s for anyone needing to trust again — their inner knowing, their feelings, or the path they’re walking. It’s also perfect for those who lead with softness and are learning to protect their peace.

Hushen Riguang (护神·日光) - The Golden Flame

A mirror of my own fire—the courage to act, to share, to speak my truth with joy. This bracelet is the sunbeam through resistance, the bold yes, the knowing that you can shine and still be safe. Bright, grounding, and quietly fierce — this bracelet carries the spark that moves mountains.

It doesn’t shout. It radiates. It supports your vitality, your confidence, and your power to create the life your soul longs for. To wear it is to remember your own light, your right to act, to create, to manifest with clarity and strength. Its energy moves outward like sun through trees—purposeful but never overwhelming. It is courage without chaos, action without force.

It supports:
• Confidence anchored in truth
• Energy that moves in alignment
• The clarity and drive to shape your world with heart

Use this for the moments you’re ready to step forward with confidence. Riguang brings warm, steady momentum, clear action, protected boundaries, and the courage to be seen without hardening your heart.

Riguang was created for the one who’s ready to step forward — to speak more clearly, take aligned action, or protect their energy without hardening their heart.

This bracelet brings warmth, clarity, and focused momentum. It helps you reconnect to your inner fire without burning out. You feel more rooted in your personal power, while still leading from integrity and truth. It’s the steady kind of strength — the one that doesn’t need to be loud to be real.

Its energy is magnetic, grounded, and supportive of those who are learning to show up fully while keeping their energy intact. If you’re feeling the call to move forward — in life, love, or purpose — this bracelet can help you hold that energy with grace.

Together: A Living Alchemy

This pair was created to work in harmony.

Together, they are Hushen Riyue, the guardian of sun and moon. When worn together they form a sacred polarity — a breath in, a breath out. Yinzhen and Riguang create a sacred inner rhythm — one listens, one speaks. One opens, one moves. They don’t complete you. They remind you that you already are. They don’t “fix” you. They flow with you. They support emotional clarity and empowered action — the yin and yang of personal balance. When shared between partners, they hold space for trust, communication, mutual respect, and energetic alignment in the relationship.

This pairing brings:
• Energetic protection that feels like a boundary wrapped in grace. Protection is not a wall, but a home for your energy.
• Harmonized masculine and feminine flow—within, not outside. Balance is not perfect symmetry, but a felt sense of ease.
• Magnetic abundance drawn not from striving, but from aligned being. Abundance is no longer a chase, but a resonance.

These aren’t just pieces of jewelry. They are talismans—meant to dwell in your energetic field and whisper, “You are already whole. You are already enough.”

The Hidden Alchemy

I’ve chosen to keep the specific stones sacred — protected from imitation — the alchemy they carry is layered, intentional, and alive. While the specific crystals will remain a cherished secret to preserve the uniqueness of each piece, their combined energies are meticulously selected to:
• Amplify Intentions: Strengthening your focus on personal and financial goals.
• Balance Energies: Harmonizing the subtle energies within and around you.
• Attract Prosperity: Creating a magnetic field that draws in opportunities and wealth.

By wearing both bracelets, you engage in a dynamic interplay of receiving and acting—cultivating a fertile ground for abundance to flourish in all aspects of life.

What’s woven into each bracelet:
• Reiki frequencies to cleanse and charge
• Angelic and elemental blessings—gentle presences that walk beside you
• Your birthdate’s energetic imprint, infused with my full presence and care

Every piece is created in ritual space—bespoke and one-of-a-kind, just like you.

Energetic Flow Sequence

Each piece is hand-strung with a layout that allows the energy of each crystal to resonate in harmony, forming a seamless circuit of support. Each layout is designed to follow a circular flow, ideally strung in a continuous loop, so the sequence creates a balanced energetic rhythm as it wraps the wrist.

Hushen Yinzhen's Yin energetic flow supports gentle heart activation, calm nervous energy, and spiritual protection in a soothing flow. It starts with clarity and openness, nurtures boundaries, softens into emotional safety and love, then completed by a deep spiritual anchoring and higher guidance to integrate all energies.

Hushen Riguang's Yang energetic flow creates an energetic arc from rooted strength to radiant expression, sealed with a higher calling. It starts with grounding and shielding, ignites core fire and motivation, activates intuitive clarity, then completed by a mystical anchor to integrate all energies, creating a powerful cycle of earth-fire-light-spirit energy.

Why I Share This With You

If you’re drawn to this collection, it’s not by accident. You may already carry within you a similar light — a longing to live with purpose, to move through the world with protection, clarity, and a deep inner compass. People have always found me through resonance, not explanation. Through how I live — in devotion to love, truth, beauty, and deep energy work.

And so this is my quiet way of saying, "if you feel this, it’s for you".

Let these bracelets walk with you. Let them hold you in the unseen ways you hold others. Let them remind you, as I have reminded myself again and again, that you are not alone. You are profoundly loved. And you are ready.

One of the things about walking a spiritual path is discovering the many tools that can support our intention — crystals, talismans, sacred symbols, malas, prayer beads, and meaningful jewelry.

These objects can become wonderful reminders of our prayers, intentions, and values. They can help us pause, reconnect, and return to what truly matters.

Many people begin depending on these objects without ever asking where they came from, what intentions have been connected to them, or whether they still resonate with them today.

From my own practice, I view these sacred objects as vessels. Just as a teacup can hold different kinds of tea over time, spiritual tools can also become associated with the intentions, prayers, environments, and experiences surrounding them. Whether you see this literally, symbolically, or psychologically, I believe it is worth approaching them with mindfulness rather than blind dependence.

The intention and purpose of these tools is never to replace your intuition and sovereignty. A sacred tool should always support your inner wisdom and not become something that controls your decisions.

The most powerful source of guidance is still and has always been your own discernment. When you cultivate that first, every spiritual tool simply becomes an extension of your intention rather than something you give your power away to.

A Simple Ritual to Cleanse and Set Your Intention
You don’t need anything elaborate. What matters most is your presence and sincere intention.

Step 1: Pause and Center Yourself
Take a few slow breaths. Allow yourself to become calm before handling your crystal or talisman.

Step 2: Cleanse the Object
Choose a method that feels appropriate for the material.

You may:
  • Hold it under running water (only if the material is water-safe).
  • Pass it through incense or cleansing smoke.
  • Place it under moonlight.
  • Use sound such as a singing bowl, bell, tuning fork, or gentle chime.
  • Simply hold it in your hands while visualizing bright light surrounding it.
The method matters less than your focused intention.

Step 3: Release Previous Energy
Hold the item and gently say:
“May anything that no longer serves my highest good now be released with love and gratitude. May only energies aligned with peace, joy, wisdom, compassion, and my highest intentions remain.”

Step 4: Set a New Intention
Consciously decide what you want this object to remind you of.

For example:
  • Inner peace
  • Courage
  • Healthy boundaries
  • Compassion
  • Wisdom
  • Clarity
  • Gratitude
  • Trust
Speak your intention aloud or silently.

Instead of asking the object to create the energy for you, allow it to become a reminder of the qualities you are choosing to embody.

Step 5: Express Gratitude
Take one final breath. Offer gratitude for the opportunity to practice with awareness and intention.

Then wear or carry your item with confidence rather than dependence.

When Should You Cleanse or Reset Your Intention?
There isn’t a universal schedule. Instead, begin developing sensitivity to your own experience.

You might choose to cleanse or revisit your intention after:
  • Returning from crowded or emotionally intense environments.
  • Supporting someone through difficult emotions.
  • Going through a major life transition.
  • Recovering from illness.
  • A significant argument or stressful period.
  • Purchasing a second-hand or previously owned item.
  • Simply feeling that the object no longer resonates the way it once did.
Some people also enjoy creating a regular rhythm, such as during a New Moon, Full Moon, or at the beginning of each month.

The Greatest Protection Is Your Own Awareness
No crystal is more powerful than your discernment and wiser than your intution. Keep in mind that any sacred object should never replace your connection with your own inner guidance. Spiritual tools are exactly just tools. When used consciously, they can support our journey in a powerful way. When used unconsciously, we risk placing our trust outside ourselves. Let every crystal, talisman, or sacred object remind you of this simple truth: Your intention gives it purpose and your awareness gives it meaning. Your heart gives it life.

May every sacred object you welcome into your life become a reflection of your own wisdom, presence, and conscious choice.

We clean our homes, organize our belongings, and open the windows to let fresh air in… but how often do we pause to consider the energy within our space?

Whether you believe in energy or simply notice how certain places make you feel, most of us have experienced walking into a room that immediately feels peaceful… or one that somehow feels heavy, unsettled, or draining without any obvious reason. Our surroundings influence us every day.

The space where we rest affects how deeply we sleep. The room where we work can either support focus or leave us feeling mentally scattered. Even the atmosphere of a home can shape our emotions, the way conversations unfold, how easily we relax, or how inspired we feel.

Over time, our spaces collect more than dust.

They hold memories.
Emotions.
Stress from difficult seasons.
The energy of constant activity.

Even significant life transitions can leave an imprint that many people intuitively sense, even if they can’t explain why. This doesn’t mean a space is “haunted” or that something is wrong. Just as we open windows to let fresh air circulate, our environments can also benefit from moments of intentional energetic renewal.

Across many cultures and spiritual traditions, caring for the energy of a space has always been part of creating a harmonious life. Some use prayer or sacred chants. Others burn incense or herbs, ring bells, meditate, practice Feng Shui, or simply set heartfelt intentions. While the methods differ, the purpose is remarkably similar - to restore balance, cultivate peace, and create an environment that supports the people living within it.

Long before I was facilitating healing sessions, I found myself deeply drawn to understanding how environments hold, influence, and respond to energy. I spent years studying, observing, and working with homes and workspaces, integrating Feng Shui principles, Reiki, crystal resonance, essential oils, and intuitive energetic practices. Looking back, I realize that much of the energetic foundation I carry today was built through this work with spaces.

Over the years, I also came to understand that not every environment requires the same approach. While many spaces simply benefit from energetic refinement and intentional realignment, others call for deeper spiritual discernment and purification. In those situations, I choose to work collaboratively with trusted practitioners whose gifts complement my own, allowing each space to receive the level of care it truly needs.

One of the most meaningful lessons this journey has taught me is that our homes don’t simply shelter us. These spaces participate in our lives. They witness our joys, our grief, our celebrations, our challenges, and our growth. In many ways, they become a reflection of the energy we live with every day.

I’ve witnessed spaces feel noticeably lighter after an energetic recalibration. Clients often share that they sleep more peacefully, experience less tension at home, feel more focused while working, or simply describe their space as feeling “different”. Spaces become more open, calmer, and somehow easier to be in. Every experience is unique, but these moments continually remind me how deeply connected our environment and our well-being can be.

Transforming your life doesn’t just involve changes within yourself but in also creating a space that supports the person you’re becoming.

Whether you choose to seek professional guidance or simply begin bringing more intention into your own home, my hope is that you’ll start seeing your environment as more than just a place to live. May it become a sanctuary that nurtures peace, clarity, harmony, and the life you’re consciously creating.

As we continue to deepen our connection with the unseen, I believe it’s equally important to deepen our understanding of spiritual ethics. Our gifts are not only meant to expand our awareness but also to cultivate humility, discernment, and respect for the free will of others. My hope is that this serves as a reminder that we can integrate our gifts into everyday life while remaining grounded, honoring healthy boundaries, and using our intuition with wisdom rather than impulse.

One of the most important spiritual ethics I’ve come to appreciate is knowing when to tune in… and when to tune off. Just because we can sense energy doesn’t mean we always should.

One of the greatest signs of spiritual maturity isn’t constantly reading people or receiving messages. It’s having the discernment to respect another person’s privacy, free will, and timing.

Not every room needs to be read.
Not every energy needs to be interpreted.
Not every departed soul needs to be spoken about.
Not every intuitive impression needs to be shared.

If someone hasn’t asked for guidance, perhaps their journey at that moment is meant to unfold without our intervention. Our role is simply to witness, hold space, and trust that when they’re ready, they will ask.

I’ve noticed that many people, especially when they first discover their intuitive or psychic abilities, become excited to explore them. That’s natural. However, in that excitement, it’s easy to forget that another person’s energetic space deserves the same respect as their physical space.

Whenever I sense something, I often ask myself:
“Is this mine to know?”
“Is this mine to say?”
“Will sharing this truly serve them, or am I sharing it because I wanted to prove can?”

Even our angels and the Divine don’t force their guidance upon us. They honor our free will. They wait for our invitation. That alone teaches us a profound lesson about spiritual ethics.

True mastery isn’t always about being connected to the unseen. It is also about knowing when not to connect.

Discernment is just as sacred as intuition.

Lately, something in me has been slowly coming into view. It is not a loud, lightning-bolt kind of way. More like when your eyes finally adjust and you realize the room has always been lit and you just weren’t seeing it clearly.

I don’t know how to explain this cleanly, so I’m not going to try.

Lately something has been shifting in me. Not in a way I can point to and say this is it. Just a quiet clarity that keeps showing up when I stop filling the space with noise.

These days, it feels like my higher self is... closer? Or maybe I’m just less distracted. She feels like me, but without the tension. Without the constant scanning, worrying, adjusting. A lot calmer. Like she knows something I keep forgetting when life gets busy.

There is a certain vibe in her that is warm, light and full of life.

What surprised me is how ordinary the moment felt when I first really sensed her. It didn’t happen because I was trying to “connect” or “ascend.” It happened when I stopped controlling, pushing, explaining myself. It happened when I allowed things to be quiet.

It was more like realizing someone has been sitting beside you the whole time and you only just noticed. And when I noticed, my body softened before my mind could catch up. There she was.

She felt familiar. Like someone who has been with me all along, watching patiently while I figured things out the long way.

Meeting her didn’t make me feel chosen, elevated or special. It actually made me feel lighter. Like I could finally stop carrying versions of myself that I’d been picked up out of habit, roles, labels, expectations and even judgments I didn’t realize I had absorbed these over the years just to survive. Some of them weren’t even mine to begin with. They were inherited, learned, impressed into the DNA code so early they felt like truth.

I keep thinking about how much of who we are isn’t even ours. How many beliefs, fears, and limits get handed to us so early they sink into the body and feel like truth. No wonder it’s hard to hear ourselves.

What I realized is this: we spend so much of our lives trying to become “better,” when sometimes what we’re really craving is permission to soften, to trust ourselves and to stop editing who we are. This experience wasn’t about me discovering something rare. It was about remembering something simple.

What stayed with me wasn’t some message. It was a feeling. That I don’t need to chase clarity. That I don’t need to become anything else. That maybe the work isn’t pushing forward, it’s stopping long enough to notice what’s already here. And I think that’s the part that matters for anyone reading this.

I don’t know where this is leading. I don’t feel “done.” But I do feel less lost. Less rushed. Like I’m finally standing still long enough to see myself without flinching. But if you’ve ever felt like there’s a version of you that feels more real than the one you present to the world then you already know what I’m talking about.

That version of you isn’t hidden because you’re broken. It’s quiet because life got loud. You don’t need to escape your life to meet them. You just need moments where you stop arguing with yourself long enough to listen. This isn’t also about reaching for something higher. It’s allowing yourself to see who you are beneath the noise. And maybe that’s the point.

If this is what it feels like to remember yourself, then maybe that’s available to anyone willing to pause. There is nothing to fix because you were never broken. You just need to listen.

I don’t feel that I am there yet. But I do feel like I’ve stopped running. And that feels like enough for now.

About Me

Hello I am Cherry Ang but you can call me Miyo —and I’ve been blogging since 2007.

What started as a space to share my love for makeup and beauty has slowly, naturally, evolved into something deeper—something more reflective of who I’ve become.

Back then, I wrote about colors, textures, and finding confidence through creativity. Over the years, as life offered more lessons, more beauty (and sometimes more chaos), I began writing less about the surface and more about the soul. And in 2021, I felt the call to return to blogging—not just as a hobby, but as a way to offer something real, nourishing, and resonant.

This blog is where I share personal stories, reflections, energy insights, and the things I’m still learning. It’s a space for the sensitive, the curious, the deep-feeling hearts—those who want to explore the magic of everyday life through presence, ritual, and gentle remembrance of who we really are.

I work with tools like Reiki, angelic energy, essential oils, Gong Fu Cha and subtle spiritual practices that support emotional clarity, energetic protection, and soul-level alignment. I also share guided meditations, printable rituals, and customized healing tools for those who want to go deeper.

But at the core, I’m still that same writer—hoping that in sharing my experiences, I might inspire someone else to feel seen, safe, and reminded of their own light.

Thanks for being here. Whether you’re reading one post or walking alongside me for a while—I’m honored to share this space with you.
