Tea Time with Miyo

Welcome to my little corner of the internet—where heart talks, soul giggles, and curious minds gather. I started this blog to share snippets of my life: the magical, the messy, the mundane, and everything in between.

Think of this space as a cozy chat over tea, where we can daydream, dive deep, and laugh about the wild ride of being human.

🌿 Nighttime Gentle Liver Ritual (15–20 min) Intention: To soothe the liver, invite restful regulation, and align with your body’s natural rhythm of overnight glucose balance. 


🕯️1. Sacred Setup (Optional)

Prepare a soft space with:
• Dim lighting or candlelight
• Optional: Calming diffuser blend – 1 drop Geranium + 1 drop Frankincense or Lavender
• Place your hands over your lower right ribs to begin connecting with your liver area 

🌬️ 2. Cleansing Breath + Centering (2 min)

Take 3 deep, slow breaths with your hands resting gently over your liver.
Inhale: I invite softness and harmony.
Exhale: I release tension and excess.

Feel your body drop into stillness. If emotions rise, honor them as part of the liver’s unburdening. 

💧 3. Warm Compress (Optional – 5–10 min)

Place a warm towel or hot water bottle (not too hot) over your liver area.
• This increases blood flow and soothes the liver qi
• Add a drop of Geranium or Lemon EO (diluted in a carrier oil) to the towel if desired

While resting:
“Thank you, my liver, for your tireless filtering, your wisdom, and your courage to transform.” 

🖐️ 4. Gentle Acupressure or Tapping (3–5 min)

Use your fingers to gently tap or massage:
• Liver 3 (Taichong): top of foot between big toe and 2nd toe
• Spleen 6 (Sanyinjiao): 4 finger-widths above the inner ankle bone
• Use both hands or alternate, saying: “Balance. Flow. Peace.” 

  🌀 5. Energy Flow & Reiki Activation (Optional)

If attuned, activate Reiki over your liver, solar plexus, and pancreas areas. Visualize soft golden or green light infusing your organs, aligning with the rhythm of the insulin working overnight.

“As I rest, my body heals in harmony. My blood is clear, my liver is light, my soul is steady.” 

🌙 6. Closing & Surrender (1 min)

Finish by cupping both hands over your heart.
“I am safe to rest. My body knows how to heal. I trust the flow of life through me.”

Drink a few sips of warm water (you may add a small pinch of sea salt for trace minerals if desired), and prepare for sleep.

Night Blooming Peace Meditation

A night time meditation ritual to soothe the liver, invite restful regulation, and align with your body's natural rhythm of overnight glucose balance. This ritual works on the energetic and emotional level - grounding the Liver meridian (active at night between 1-3 AM) and supporting restful regulation. Best paired with Geranium and/or Juniper essential oil, and a warm compress or cup of water nearby.

When I saw Jesus in that meditation years ago — asking me to advocate for wellness and remind others of the body’s divine ability to heal — I surrendered. I told him, “Lead me, because I know nothing.”

He paved way for me to experience, learn and explore.

I know that what I am being challenged with right now is a part of the mission. 💜 Now, I rise — not as a victim, but as a woman on a mission. Not to be a lifelong slave to meds, But to walk a heart-led, spirit-infused path of healing.


Let’s imagine a healthcare system where:
• Emergency medicine saves lives
• Naturopathy sustains them
• Eclectic healing rebuilds them
• Homeopathy nurtures the subtle

We don’t have to choose sides. We can build bridges. We can heal differently — and powerfully.

You are welcome to walk and learn beside me.

I’m sharing my story not for sympathy — but for change. To inspire hope. To remind you that healing is sacred, layered, and personal. This is a living journey — not of perfection, but of presence. Not just of healing the body, but remembering the sacred wisdom it carries.

I offer this path as a prayer in motion, a devotion to wholeness, and an invitation for you to witness what true, holistic healing looks like — when Spirit leads, and the soul says yes.

Last weekend, I was rushed to the ER, fully expecting it to be one of my usual SVT (Supraventricular Tachycardia) episodes, the kind I’ve handled many times before with a shot of Adenosine. But life had other plans — it was a heart attack.

Yes, a real one. And in that moment, what saved me was allopathic medicine.

Let me say this clearly: I am deeply grateful for the emergency intervention I received. For the swift response, for the precision of medical science, for the expertise that was available to help me stay safe — I honor it. Allopathic medicine shines in crisis care and acute interventions, and I will never downplay its life-saving brilliance. It is, without a doubt, a vital part of modern healing.

But as someone who also walks the path of holistic healing, I can’t ignore what became glaringly obvious to me during this experience:
Our healthcare system is fractured.


It excels at emergency care — yet it falls short in nurturing whole-person wellness. In the very place where I was saved, I witnessed how little time was spent on nutrition, emotional well-being, spiritual health, or long-term healing plans. It was patchwork — not integration.

And I take accountability too.

Energetically, emotionally, and physically, I had been overextending — pouring from a cup I hadn’t refilled. My heart was speaking to me in ways I had ignored. This heart attack wasn’t just a medical event — it was a spiritual wake-up call.

I survived — and now, I rise.

Not to be a slave to pharmaceuticals for the rest of my life, but to walk the path I know deep in my soul: a holistic, heart-led, spirit-infused path of healing. One that honors the body, mind, emotions, and soul.

This isn’t about bashing allopathic medicine. It’s about building a bridge.

It’s time we re-imagine healthcare as a spectrum — where allopathic, eclectic, and homeopathic approaches are not rivals but allies. Where emergency medicine saves lives — and integrative medicine sustains them.

Yes, I will follow my doctor’s advice.

Yes, I will also bring in nutrition, energy work, naturopathy, and the sacred practices I trust to rebuild and realign. I believe in medicine that treats not just symptoms — but root causes. That doesn’t just medicate — but liberates.

I know this kind of shift in our healthcare system won’t happen overnight. But I also know it starts with stories like mine. With voices like ours. With conversations we’re brave enough to have.

So this is me — alive, hopeful, and more determined than ever to share my healing journey. To inspire, educate, and support anyone who seeks to reclaim their wellness through both science and soul.

Healing is not one-size-fits-all. It is layered, sacred, and deeply personal. And I’m here to walk that path — and light the way for others, too. 💜

The act of sex isn't just about giving and receiving pleasure; it also enables you to channel your most powerful energies and reach the highest vibration during orgasm. Orgasm, in particular, presents one of the best opportunities to manifest your greatest dreams.


By tapping into the energetic potential of orgasm, you can enhance your manifesting abilities. This involves accessing both the crown and sacral energetic centers, which are responsible for creation. The core principle of manifestation is that everything is composed of energies vibrating at specific frequencies. Through orgasm, your body generates intense waves of pleasurable energy, raising your vibrational frequency.

This heightened state aligns your vibration with your desires, making them more accessible and attracting them into your life. When you experience heightened clarity and focus, it becomes easier to direct your thoughts and intentions with precision. By practicing visualization techniques during orgasm, you engage both your heart and mind, imprinting your desires into the subconscious and your auric layers. Additionally, the heightened emotional state generates a powerful vibrational resonance, sending a clear and potent signal to the universe that attracts circumstances and experiences aligned with your desires.

Furthermore, reaching orgasm releases resistance and allows you to surrender to the present moment, thereby helping to release energy blocks that hinder your ability to manifest. Surrendering to the moment enables you to let go of limiting beliefs, doubts, and fears, creating space for the manifestation of your desires.

Utilizing sexual transmutation to manifest your wildest dreams synchronizes your intentions with the greater flow of the universe. When you achieve harmonious alignment among the physical, mental, emotional, and energetic aspects, you can expand and merge your energy with the universal energy field.

So, don't let your sexual energy go to waste; be more intentional and explore your visualization abilities to attract the things you desire in life.

It was just a few years ago that I realized how much starting your morning affects how you would respond to certain situations and events throughout the day. Since then, daily priming has been a staple in my morning. It has evolved throughout time as I learn new ways to set the tone and mood that I needed depending on my intention for the day.

I learned that protecting your spiritual energy is needed so you can be at the highest vibration possible so you can act and respond out of love and not fear. Creating a positive atmosphere in the morning also helps you become clearer and more focused with what you need to accomplish.

So how do I start my day? I first start with affirmations. I do this just when I was waking up, lying in bed and half-asleep. This was when I was still in trance state. I would say "I am abundant, I am living my purpose, I am loved, I am deserving, I am enough. Everything works out for me. I am at peace. What is meant for me will come with ease." You can be specific too if you have anything that you want to accomplish or have. Usually I do this when I need something that I want to manifest.

Then I would say a prayer of gratitude, connect to my angels and archangels. I would thank them and ask them to guide me throughout the day. I would do breathing exercises and meditate to ground myself. I usually listen to Kyle Gray or Yantara Jiro when meditating. By the way, I do everything while in bed :D hehehe

After I am done with mental and spiritual work, I then get out of my bed and apply essential oils to protect my energy field. I would also turn on the diffuser with citrus and mint aroma to help me feel energized and uplifted. I would draw some oracle cards, or sometimes tarot if I am not lazy, just to check if there is any message that I need to be reminded of or need to focus on. Lastly, I would just cast a beam of white light to my husband and kids, just to cleanse their energies and protect their aura.

After I am done with all these, I would go about whatever routine I have in the morning.
It may seem a lot but it doesn't take much of my time. I just feel at peace and at ease when I do this daily. Also I noticed that I am more patient, compassionate and motivated throughout the day. There may be bad days but usually when I prime my day right, I can get through that day without really disturbing my vibe and I can easily shift back to high frequency.

I have been trying to be more conscious about what I eat to help reduce inflammation in my body and hopefully be able to shift my health above the wellness line. One of the struggles I have was meal preparation and at times it takes a huge chunk of my time just prepping. I realized the easiest I can do in the morning was a veggie omelette. :D

Sharing with you a simple recipe that I do. You can add in any veggies you like, no rules here :) 

Ingredients:
2 organic eggs (this is non-negotiable, it has to be free-range organic)
shiitake mushrooms
marble potatoes
celery
organic cheese (mozzarella, cheddar or pepperjack)
onions or shallots (optional)
sea salt
black pepper
cayenne

Stir fry mushrooms, celery, onions, potatoes 
Set aside
Beat eggs, add a dash of sea salt, black pepper and cayenne
Pour eggs into the pan
Add cheese
Add stir fried veggies
Fold omelette to half and flip 
Top with organic ketchup (optional)
