Tea Time with Miyo

Welcome to my little corner of the internet—where heart talks, soul giggles, and curious minds gather. I started this blog to share snippets of my life: the magical, the messy, the mundane, and everything in between.

Think of this space as a cozy chat over tea, where we can daydream, dive deep, and laugh about the wild ride of being human.

So grab a comfy seat, bring your whole self, and let’s journey together—one beautiful, weird, wonderful moment at a time.

This crystal alchemy bracelet is named Phoenix Rising. It was created around this beautiful symbolism of the phoenix—the ancient archetype of a being that moves through fire, releases what no longer serves it, and rises renewed. This bracelet brings together Jade Wu Lou, Amethyst, Carnelian, Super 7, Charoite, Peach Moonstone, Sakura Rhodonite and Lava Stone. Each stone carries its own traditional energetic associations, but the real beauty lies in how they work together as an intentional combination.

Rather than viewing crystals as something that magically “fixes” us, think of them as tools for awareness and intention. They can become physical reminders of the qualities we want to cultivate: courage, emotional resilience, clarity, grounding, renewal and the willingness to grow.

At its heart, Phoenix Rising is about moving through transformation without losing yourself in the process. It is especially suited to periods of transition. Use this when you are releasing an old chapter, rebuilding after difficulty, finding your strength again, or simply stepping into a version of yourself that feels more authentic.

From a crystal-tradition perspective, this combination carries associations with vitality, grounding, nourishment and energetic balance. Carnelian is traditionally associated with physical vitality, motivation and the creative life force. Jade Wu Lou brings the symbolism of the Wu Lou, or sacred gourd, traditionally associated in Chinese culture with health, longevity, protection and preservation. Lava Stone provides an earthy, grounding element. Its porous volcanic nature makes it a beautiful reminder of the transformative power of the Earth itself—pressure, heat and time creating something new. Together, these stones create a symbolic foundation of: Ground → nourish → energize → move forward.

Transformation isn’t always comfortable. Sometimes the hardest part isn’t knowing where we want to go—it is letting go of where we have been. Peach Moonstone brings a softer quality to the bracelet. It is traditionally associated with emotional awareness, nurturing, receptivity and feminine lunar energy. Sakura Rhodonite reminds us that we can become stronger without becoming less tender. This adds heart-centered healing, forgiveness and self-acceptance. Amethyst is often connected with calm, introspection and mental clarity. It can serve as a beautiful reminder to pause before reacting and to create space between an experience and our response to it. Charoite is particularly interesting within this combination. Often associated with deep transformation and inner courage, it represents the willingness to face what is uncomfortable and turn experience into wisdom.

This creates an emotional progression: Feel → nurture → forgive → integrate → transform.

Phoenix Rising does not force yourself to stay positive. It helps you acknowledge that the experience is part of the story, but it does not have to define the future.

For those who work with crystals energetically, this is where this alchemy becomes particularly interesting. Super 7 is traditionally regarded as a highly integrative stone, commonly associated with spiritual awareness, energetic alignment and multidimensional work. Amethyst brings a contemplative, higher-awareness quality. Charoite adds the theme of transformation—particularly the transformation of fear, resistance and old patterns into greater awareness. Carnelian brings the energy back into action and embodiment. Sakura Rhodonite bridges the emotional and transformative aspects of the alchemy. Lava Stone grounds the entire composition. So instead of creating a bracelet that is purely “high vibration,” Phoenix Rising deliberately brings higher awareness back into the body.

Transformation is to live differently. That is the alchemy.

The individual crystals each have their own personality, but together they tell a much bigger story.

Jade Wu Lou — The Guardian
The Wu Lou carries ancient symbolism of health, longevity, protection and preservation. It establishes the intention: “I protect and nourish what is precious.”

Carnelian — The Fire
Carnelian brings warmth, courage, movement and creative life force. It represents the fire that makes transformation possible: “I have the courage to begin again.”

Amethyst — The Wisdom
Amethyst invites stillness, reflection and greater perspective. It reminds us that not every challenge needs an immediate reaction: “I pause, observe and choose with awareness.”

Sakura Rhodonite — The Heart Healer
Rhodonite reinforces the themes of tenderness, emotional restoration, and learning to meet oneself with compassion: “I choose compassion for the person I was while becoming the person I am.”

Charoite — The Transmuter
Charoite represents the deeper work of transformation. It is the energy of looking at what is difficult and asking: “What wisdom can emerge from this?”

Peach Moonstone — The Compassion
Transformation without compassion can become harsh. Peach Moonstone softens the journey, bringing themes of emotional nurturing, receptivity and self-compassion: “I allow myself to grow gently.”

Super 7 — The Integrator
Super 7 brings the spiritual and energetic components together. It symbolizes integration—the understanding that our emotional, mental, physical and spiritual experiences don’t exist in completely separate compartments: “I integrate what I have learned.”

Lava Stone — The Anchor
Lava Stone brings us back to Earth. After all the spiritual insights, emotional releases and inner revelations… we still have to live our lives. Lava Stone reminds us to ground the transformation into our body, our choices and our everyday reality.

When these stones come together, I see the bracelet as a five-part journey:

1. RELEASE - Let go of what has already completed its purpose.

2. FEEL - Allow yourself to acknowledge what the experience brought up.

3. HEAL - Create a space for self-forgiveness, acceptance and emotional integration.

4. TRANSFORM - Turn experience into awareness rather than carrying it as emotional weight.

5. RISE - Reconnect with your courage, vitality and sense of possibility.

6. ANCHOR - Bring the transformation into your everyday life through your choices and actions.

This is why I chose the name Phoenix Rising. The phoenix rises because it moved through the fire and became something new.

The simplest way to use this is to wear Phoenix Rising as an intentional daily reminder.

You might choose to wear it during:
* periods of personal transition
* starting a new chapter
* emotional processing
* creative projects
* important decisions
* meditation or spiritual practice
* times when you want to reconnect with courage and resilience

You may also use this with meditation. Hold the bracelet gently in your hands. Take several slow breaths and bring your awareness to the question: What am I ready to release? What am I ready to become? Allow whatever thoughts, emotions or insights arise without forcing an answer.

You can also place it beside your journal, altar, meditation space or workspace. Whenever you see it, use it as a cue to return to your intention.

You can use this affirmation while wearing or working with the bracelet:
“I release what no longer belongs to me.
I honor everything that has shaped me.
I transform experience into wisdom,
fear into courage,
and endings into new beginnings.
I rise with greater clarity, compassion and strength.
I am grounded in who I am
and open to who I am becoming.”

That is the essence of Phoenix Rising

Sometimes when we find ourselves at a threshold — not quite here, not yet there — where the road forward asks not just for strength, but for deep, quiet knowing. That’s where Midnight Seer was born.

Sometimes when we find ourselves at a threshold — not quite here, not yet there — where the road forward asks not just for strength, but for deep, quiet knowing. That’s where Midnight Seer was born.

It began as a custom request, but quickly became something more—something that stirred something ancient in me. A memory, perhaps, of all the times I had to listen to my inner compass, especially when the world was loud and uncertain. And maybe you’ve been there too.

Whether you consider yourself spiritual or simply intuitive in your own way, we’ve all had moments where we wished we had something to hold onto—a reminder to trust ourselves, to stay grounded, and to move through life with presence and wisdom. Midnight Seer is that kind of companion.

I won’t go into the specific materials used, because this piece isn’t about names or trends. It’s about alchemy. A sacred blend of energies that opens your inner sight while shielding you gently from what doesn’t serve you. When you wear it, you might not know how it works—but you will feel it.

Every Midnight Seer bracelet is lovingly made to order. I work with the energies of the Earth and sky—what some may call nature’s elements, inner peace, and angelic presence. Each piece is energetically infused with Reiki, the kind of warmth you feel when someone genuinely cares for you. I also include an energetic attunement based on your birthdate, woven in with my intention for your clarity, protection, and sovereignty. It’s personal. It’s alive.

This is part of what makes every bracelet one-of-a-kind. No two are ever exactly the same—because no two souls are. This is more than an accessory. It’s something to live with.

Keep it close when you’re journaling, making decisions, navigating emotions, or stepping into something new. Let it remind you of the deeper part of you—the one that already knows. The one who sees beneath the surface. The one who chooses wisely, even in the dark. Some wear it as a quiet strength during workdays. Others use it in meditation or rituals. Some keep it by their bed or wear it on long walks. There’s no one way. Only your way.

Midnight Seer Bracelet Ritual
Cleanse. Activate. Connect. Program.

This is a sacred moment—your bracelet has already been lovingly attuned with supportive energies just for you. Think of it like a musical instrument already tuned to your soul’s note. Now it’s time to connect with it intentionally.

You will need:
• Your Midnight Seer bracelet
• A quiet moment (2–5 minutes)
• Clean water or salt (optional)
• A candle or soft light (optional)
• Your breath and intention (always enough)

Step 1: Cleansing (Optional for Resetting)
This bracelet comes energetically charged, but if you feel called to reset or clear it after heavy use:
• Gently rinse it under clean running water, or
• Place it on a bed of salt overnight, or
• Hold it in your hand and visualize a soft light washing over it, like a stream of gentle moonlight.

Say softly:
“I clear and release anything that is not mine, and make space for what serves my highest good.”

Step 2: Activation
Find a quiet space. Hold the bracelet in both hands over your heart. Take 3 slow breaths.

Say or think:
“I receive this sacred companion with gratitude. I open to the energies it holds—for clarity, protection, and wise guidance. I am ready.”

Visualize the bracelet softly glowing, like a quiet ember or starlight. Feel it attuning to your energy.

Step 3: Connection
Slip the bracelet on your wrist.

Place your hand over it and say:
“This is my ally of truth and protection.
May it walk with me, witness me, and remind me of who I am.”

Let the bracelet feel your energy. You don’t have to do anything specific—just be. Drink tea. Read. Breathe. Let it settle in.

Step 4: Programming (Optional)
If you want to infuse it with a personal intention or energy—such as “clarity in business,” “emotional calm,” “brave decisions,” or “trusting my intuition”—do this now.

Place your hand over the bracelet and say:
“I charge you with [your intention].
Thank you for supporting me in this with love and strength.”

You can repeat this any time the intention shifts.

Daily Affirmation (Say when wearing or touching the bracelet):
“I walk in truth. I act with wisdom. I am grounded, guided, and protected.”

Ongoing Care
• Keep the bracelet in a clean space when not in use (a cloth pouch or near a window is ideal).
• Recharge it under sunlight or moonlight occasionally, especially if it feels heavy or dull.
• Reconnect anytime by holding it and breathing with intention—it listens.

This piece ia the first crystal alchemy included the Soultruth Collection, is part of my own story—woven from years of healing, listening, trusting, and loving deeply. I’ve learned to walk with grace through storms, to listen when silence speaks, and to love with an open yet protected heart. And now I want to share what I’ve gathered, not as advice—but as presence. As beauty. As something tangible you can hold in your hand when you forget how powerful you are.

If this resonates with you, or if you feel that quiet pull in your chest, I invite you to connect with me. Midnight Seer is not mass-produced. It’s a bespoke experience, crafted only when called for.

You don’t choose it. It chooses you.

About Me

Hello I am Cherry Ang but you can call me Miyo —and I’ve been blogging since 2007.

What started as a space to share my love for makeup and beauty has slowly, naturally, evolved into something deeper—something more reflective of who I’ve become.

Back then, I wrote about colors, textures, and finding confidence through creativity. Over the years, as life offered more lessons, more beauty (and sometimes more chaos), I began writing less about the surface and more about the soul. And in 2021, I felt the call to return to blogging—not just as a hobby, but as a way to offer something real, nourishing, and resonant.

This blog is where I share personal stories, reflections, energy insights, and the things I’m still learning. It’s a space for the sensitive, the curious, the deep-feeling hearts—those who want to explore the magic of everyday life through presence, ritual, and gentle remembrance of who we really are.

I work with tools like Reiki, angelic energy, essential oils, Gong Fu Cha and subtle spiritual practices that support emotional clarity, energetic protection, and soul-level alignment. I also share guided meditations, printable rituals, and customized healing tools for those who want to go deeper.

But at the core, I’m still that same writer—hoping that in sharing my experiences, I might inspire someone else to feel seen, safe, and reminded of their own light.

Thanks for being here. Whether you’re reading one post or walking alongside me for a while—I’m honored to share this space with you.
